Oldest child was doing much better yesterday! We had a good time with family yesterday and plenty of food! I didn't bother counting calories yesterday, as it was a holiday. I don't think I went over as I ended up skipping dinner, and did not over indulge on the desserts.
I also rearranged my workout schedule a bit. I made sure that none of my weight lifitng and force workouts were overlapping, giving my muscles a better chance to heal. I'm excited to try it out this week to see how well it works.. This morning is using the indoor bike at the Y, and swimming later. I also hope to clean the kid's rooms this evening. Have a great Monday!

Ran t gym, back workout, walked home and did some grocery shopping. As usual when doing more strength than running, probably gonna be over my calories today. :-( boo!0

I still exist. Sorry I've been absent. Work has been busy and I haven't been on my laptop much at home. I forget I can get here easily in the phone app now. My right leg & I aren't getting along very well this past week and I'm frustrated about that because I can't figure out how to make it better. Even had a massage Friday night & that didn't seem to help. Did my run on Saturday and it hurt at times and felt fine at times. My right IT band does have a bad spot so I'm wondering if the rest is radiating from that. Been foam rolling every day anyway. Had a massage on Friday night and that didn't even help. I ate well last week Monday through Friday at about 4:00, and then things crashed for the weekend. Back on track today. Have got to find a way to get through the weekends without undoing all my hard work from the week.
