Hi guys

So i'm going to be doing the Plank challenge and was wondering if anyone else wanted to join in with me?
If someone does i'll add the challenge for all to see and we can get started from tomorrow onwards.

I did my day 1 at the gym today, 20 sec feels like forever when you haven't done those in a while

Did mine tonight when got home from work didnt feel to bad as did 1 min ther other day which nearly killed me haha another 20 tomorrow will ypdate when thats complete.

I realize that the picture is so that you can see proper form, but even in the correct position, my belly is still on the ground, lol!
