Week 1 goals
1. Bring my lunch to work everyday this week. No eating out.

2. Keep track of and drink 80+ ounces of water

Week 1:
1. Complete my 6 days of 30 minutes exercises
2. Clean my bloody apartment ONCE AGAIN after this new sandstorm passes! (I walked over 10,000 cleaning it last Friday...so this could be a good thing...well sort of!!)0 -
Craziness..... This 13 weeks corresponds with the 2nd set of 13 weeks of this year.. It's going to be great!!!0

Yesterday I sort of kept my goals. I recorded MOST of my food, definitely increased my water (Although I'm not positive I hit 80 ounces, it was probably close.) I didn't realize either, Cari, that the end of this 13 weeks will be the mid-way point of the year. What a great idea to make a LOT of small changes during this beginning of the year, then reap all the benefits during the second half.0
