Cramps~ Why Yoga Can Help!

As I have gotten older my cramps seem to be less intense. However, I still have those times where I just don't want to get up because the cramps are so bad. I am one who loves yoga. Have you tried it? If so, how do you like it? Here is a great article that I think is beneficial to all of us women during that time of the month.

    Fortunately, I no longer have to deal with this issue! lol But I am sure this would have helped when I was in my 'prime'!!
