I am bouncing from 147 -150 today i was 148.4 and i have not worked out for 10 days. Im struggling with constancy today i burned 150 cals using a hrm. I lowered my cals to sedentary becuase i had been ill. Should i now increase? I dont know what my activity level will be since i am easing back into working out?

I would stay at sedentary right now and eat back your exercise calories. Unless your work is going to keep you on your feet, in which case you need to take that into consideration. I'd also think about whether you are active in other ways normally - I rarely fall below the 1-3 hr per week level as I walk around a lot and do lots of up and down the stairs in my house every day.0

If you had stopped working out bc you were ill and now you are adding back exercise, yes, you need to increase your calories back up. Your activity level depends on how much exercise you are doing. How much exercise are you adding back in?0
