I finished JMBR a few months ago, and I loved the program. I couldn't believe the kind of workouts I was able to accomplish by the end, and the fact that they were only 30 minutes made doing them very realistic with any schedule. Since finishing, I've been doing a variety of other Jillian Michaels workouts and C25K. In my opinion, the two best and most challenging workouts in Body Revolution are 10 & 11. I still work them into my schedule, and they are two of Jillian's toughest workouts...period. The only other one I've done that compares is Extreme Shed and Shred and maybe Ripped in 30 Level 4. What I'm getting at, is that if you're doing Body Revolution, you're awesome and deserve a pat on the back because it's a really tough program and will get you into much. much better shape. Stick with it, and keep the intensity level up once you finish. I have to revisit it every now and then to remind myself of what I'm caple of doing, and what I need to be doing.

I truly miss the structure and schedule. I haven't been as diligent about creating my own workout schedule. However, I feel like I need to stick with the workouts in Phase 3 after having progressed this much. Unless I add heavier weights...which is a thought...0

C'mon Gatus, do another round with me! I'm starting workout 1 Monday, June 17th!!!
I can't fully recall, but my first time doing BR was after one round of 30 Day Shred and I think I modified some of the exercises. In my second round of 30 DS that I am wrapping up soon I did all of the hardest moves and it was tough! Almost like a completely different workout.
I really only want to do 35 minutes of exercise, so my plan is to push as hard as I can for Body Revolution, Round 2. Hardest moves, the most weights I can handle. If I feel like it's not enough then I guess I'll do something else on top of it. For the first couple of weeks I might do the doubling up and do the cardio everyday, but I'll have to see.0 -
I might. I find that expecting myself to accomplish more than a 35 minute workout has actually lead to me doing less. An hour seems overwhelming sometimes, and then I blow the whole thing off. What if we started with Workout 5? ;-)0

I find that I am a LOT hungrier on the days when I exercise more. So it's kind of a wash! I mean, I know there are other benefits to exercise but if I am netting the same calories then I might as well just stick with 35 minutes!0
