I hope you had a great day! This morning prior to leaving for work, I finished my 60 squats,30 sit ups, 12 crunches, 12 leg raises and 20 sec plank.

Great day no hectic day yes I am studying for a test for Wednesday nigh math class. I did 74 squats, 35 pushups. 8,6,9,6,6 I am getting stronger almost ready for stair push ups or push ups off the bench butt not floor. I can't do girly push ups my knees are to bad I have to go straight to men push-ups I know you can do push-ups BC your doing those planks. When I grow up I want to be just like you.0
