    Brown rice and quinoa spaghetti with mushroom spaghetti sauce, and veggies with artichoke pesto. And chocolate. :grin:

    We had. Subway last night ( 6" Turkey on wheat no cheese plus veggies only 350, no chips.).

    Todays dinner is going to be boiled veg (mixed peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots) with a little sweet and sour sauce with pineapple or mango chutney, and a potato waffle :)

    Tonight was grilled chicken ( seasond with garlic, basil, and rosemary) salad with almonds and mandRin oranges, and a sweet potato.

    Tonight I have half a stuffed crust pizza - 710kcal so i'll be having a good breakfast and lunch to make up for it lol

    I made for the first time, quinoa "fried rice" with carrots, red bell pepper, onions, fresh garlic, water chestnuts, green peas....with chicken. Packed with protein!! It was a little bland, but a very healthy choice and very filling, I might add!
