I'm wondering if anyone has a good recipe for high-fibre cookies?
I use Bowel Buddies (I know, they don't sound appetizing). They are made in Canada, and sort of like Dad's Oatmeal Cookies (even come in the same 2-pack) but are very plain. They're high in fibre, low in fat, but are also low in protein and high in sugar. And at almost $20/box, I'd love to be able to find a recipe to bake them at home!
