Getting Calories in Earlier in the Day

ideas for getting my calories in earlier in the day? During the week I don't have s lot of time for breakfast and frequently I don't have a much if any of a lunch break. I am ending up with tons of calories left at the end of the day. Suggestions? I know they should be more evenly distributed.

My only advice is to make time. There are tons of short cut ideas, things you can make the night before etc. You are killing your metabolism by waiting to late in the day to eat......0

Agreed with Italian. Eating breakfast within the first hour of waking up is also a proven way to get your metabolism running, which means a jumpstart on the whole weight loss machine.
I usually have a meal replacement shake myself, but something that wouldn't take a whole lot more time would be smoothies. A handful of frozen fruit, a half a cup of nonfat Greek yogurt, maybe even some spinach if that's your thing, and then water, milk, or juice to thin it out. My 13 year old can usually whip up a batch for her and her brother by the time my coffee is finished brewing.0 -
Yes I started on the smoothies two weeks ago I have them every working morning, it's so quick! I buy frozen fruit so that I don't have to worry about it spoiling and add skim milk powder for protein which my diabetic nurse recommended.
Pre cook chicken or boil eggs and snack on that for lunch with a piece of fruit
