TEAM QUESTION FOR DAY 7

How are you doing so far with 50 Grams of Carb Day? Did you receive my email this morning?

    The biggest challenge for me will be the 50 grams of carbs. Looking at the calorie breakdown for my nutrition facts, carbs has the largest daily percentage. Today I'm already at 31 gram and all I had was boiled eggs and fruit.

    My dear, it's the fruit that kicked up the carb count. As you can see during this phase of the Challenge, fruit should be minimized. Only berries will keep the carb count low. The last two weeks of the month, it gets even more difficult... but you can do it. NO FRUIT will be allowed during that time. This is the phase that will free you from the sugar addiction. We will begin edging fruit back in after the two week period. Thanks for your comment daughter...hope this helps you and others.
