How does this meal look?

I normally would have used regular chicken breast, but I had this on hand. I am hoping I did ok, because it was delish!

That is 13 carbs and 4 fiber for a net of 9. 31g of protein and 24g of fat.0

Does it look ok for what? If it kept you satiated 'til your next meal, and you hit your macros for the whole day, then it's all good.0

Would it be considered a low carb option with a net of 9 carbs?0

That would depend on how you define low carb. For Fit_Goat, our resident carnivore, that would be a week's worth of carbs. For me, it would be alright if I was pretty low carb the rest if the day.
Without knowing what you, personally, are aiming for, there's no way for us to say if it was good.
It sounds tasty, though.0 -
My total today was 18 (16 net). I am trying to stay as low as possible, as that is where I find I feel the best. So it really depends on what you want your total to be each day.0

Why exactly does your chicken breast have carbs??? That is so weird to me, unless it was glazed or injected with sugar/carbs, it shouldn't have any... Well, excepting tiny bits of carbs from spices... (not indicated yay or nay there)
Me personally, I would have done less broccoli or cauliflower, or if it is blended, a smaller portion, slather it with far more butter and cheese and salt than that, so I get full while still getting what I want. The red pepper is a decent portion...
But I keep coming back to - why does your chicken breast have carbs?? Also, you'll get better nutrition from dark meat chicken or a combination of both... Even boneless thighs would be awesome here... I know you had this carby-chicken on hand, but for future suggestion.0 -
The comments I have are:
What does the rest of the day look like?
Weigh in grams whenever possible instead of ounces and or cups, unless you did that and converted the grams to other measurements. Most generic entries have a grams option to choose from. It's very accurate.
Like KnitorMiss, why does that chicken have carbs? Not that it matters VERY much, if your totals for the day are fine, but if it's starch/sugars added, it MAY create cravings.
Eat more butter. 2 teaspoons of butter is nothing. Eat a tablespoon or more on the veggies to get the fats higher than the proteins, unless the rest of your day made up for it.
Otherwise, looks like a colorful and flavorful meal to me.0
