I am currently doing the reset and eating maintenance. I have been training for a half marathon and have shin splints. Decided to take 4 days off which dramatically reduces my activity level. Should I recalculate my tdee at this weeks activity level or continue? I've been maintaining my weight for the 3 weeks I've been on it and jumped immediately to the highest calories for maintenance and did not gradually increase. So I've been eating 2700 calories to 3300 calories (depending on long runs) thank you!

Yes, you should recalculate for your decreased activity this week, as long as you're not running. Just take it down and go back up when you resume again. Hope the shin splints feel better! Great job on your reset!

Awesome!!! I thought so but don't wanna mess up my reset as I've been an extreme dieter forever. Thank you very much!!!!
