Marla - how exciting that people are already coming to look at the house! Hopefully this sale goes quickly so you can just move on, Bummer about the lack of sleep though. Just when you need it to get better too!
Laura - how is the icing and stretching doing? I know this has to be super-frustrating, so hopefullh this new regimen helps!
Sherry - I am jealous of your running spot. To run where you do has to be fascinating! Here in Phoenix we get that wide range of temperature tolerance as well. The natives who have lived here their whole lives bundle up when it hits 70. But we get tons of snow birds who come down for the nice weather who'll walk around in shorts and flip flops when it's 30 out.
Got to the treadmill yesterday and did some hill reps. also got my weight lifitng in! My brother in law flies in this morning, so my hubby and I had our date night last night...instead of waiting until Thursday night. So I slept in this morning instead of running, and will run on Friday. Switched my rest day, but it will work better for this week.
Excited to see my brother in law, and should be a fun week!

Hey folks. Having a bit of an emotional day today. Went for a run and even that didn't help (usu running is my psychotherapy, but today I was so blue I even stopped and just started walking). Sigh. Anyway, about 7mi. I think. Decided to collect my Starbucks reward, but the tram was so full I didn't want to bother getting off at the Strbx stop, and just came home and made a hot cocoa with a tad of coffee--wasn't as good :-( . Hoping things get better, I can't stand this feeling.

Busy day again, took cats for long ride during open house for realtors. Still fighting sinus headaches so no exercise.0
