Same as you, I've tried some and not others. I made the paleo Easter eggs on Sunday, but I only used 2 teaspoons of xylitol for sweetening. I actually don't think it needed that even. And I've no idea if my dessicated coconut is sweetened or not, but I logged the correct brand in my diary so I guess even if it was sweetened I've recorded it. That's all that matters to me.

I haven't tried all of my pins either... and some of them are not keto recipes but are things I thought I could easily convert.

check out "caveman keto" and "ruledme" on pinterest though. they've got loads of recipes.
