Did well with ab and squat challenge and also walk two miles...I still need to improve counting carbs..I know I did better then yesterday..I feel inspired to do better each day.

Carolyn, I'm actually proud of you because you recently had a medical issue and you're working through it to get you strength and stamina back. Keep cracking at the carbs and you will get it. Remember to continue to use MFP to keep track.0
