    Kid play date planned today. We were gonna go to a mtn to semi-hike, but the weather report looked bad and rain this a.m., so invited them over here, except that lil girl and I have had a relapse with last week's cold, so waiting to hear from mom friend if she wants to risk it or would rather stay away from us. Either way, with plans, the weather, the bug, and the gym remodeling, looks like a forced rest day.

    Sherry - Hope you're doing better today! I hate emotional days like that, they are more draining than anything else! Hopefully this cold you're coming down with doesn't last long!

    Marla - Is it allergies or some sinus infection causing these headaches? Hopefully they go away soon!

    Yesterday was not the greatest as a food day. But I also didn't binge...just had a few treats that out me over. But I've been significantly under every day for the past 8 days, so one day over isn't too bad. :). Today I'm doing my long bike ride with a few sprint pick ups thrown in. I'm also doing a swim later this morning, unless my hubby has a other plans with his brother. But they might go mountain biking. I also have a PTO meeting this afternoon. We might go out to eat tonight, but I should be fine with all the extra workouts I'm getting in today!

    Val i have sinus problems, i think caused by being allergic to dust. I can control it normally by rinsing my nose and hot showers and sleep. But after i came over to friends to sleep from fans and first night didnt sleep i took a bendryl for 4 nights after that. Slept but at a price, it messed up my sinus stuff and i have had problems since. I went off pills and didnt sleep again, then slept following night and last night got about 4 hrs.

    Weather is warmer for next two nights so going to stay at home. Hopefully that will help.

    I will be glad when warm comes and we move. Spring has been hard here. Last two years i travelled a month in spring so didnt notice it as much.

    We have showing later this morning. I am feeling like i cant relax in my house.

    God i sound mental these days....
