Well it's almost here folks. I've been doing MUCH thinking about this one. I decided to start the thread today to post it and get it out there for Saturday, the beginning of the 2nd week. I have managed to stay away from vending all but the very first day of my challenge and only eat the food I brought to work with me.
Week 2: to have 21g (3oz) of protein first with each meal..... 7-14g (1-2oz) with each snack.
What's your mini goal for the week??

Now that the show will be over after Saturday, my goal for the coming week is to make it back to the gym three times.0

I missed the first week, but I'm going to jump aboard the train for week two. My goal is to get my behind back to the Y, no excuses!!!! I'm shooting for 3 days.

Week 2
1. Continue to do the daily exercises of the 21 Day Fix program
2. Start to do their 'container' eating plan
3. Start to go thru my stuff and separate into three sections: Items that I really really can't live without; Items I can sell which would benefit others; Items that I need to just plain throw away! (Wonder which one of the sections my cats fit into!! lol)

Cari....what is the idea behind eating protein first? Fills you up quicker? Stays in your system longer?? I know I need to up my protein intake too.

GM Nancy, I had gastric bypass and am supposed to eat protein first. It does fill you up quicker and stays with you longer. Hope this helps.0
