i was on the moderate level on scooby but now i am starting off again with 20 minutes 3 times a week with zumba and cleaning for an hour 4 times a week? do i lower the level to light activity 15% reduction? i have 19lbs to go for my mini goal.

changing this to light activity brings me at 1688 calories for the day which seems ok seeing as i am not hungry eating this amount?

    3 x 20 = 1 hr
    4 x 60 / 2 (not as intense as cardio) = 2 hr
No running around with kids/pets, longer cooking/cleaning time with family, ect?

3 hr between levels, suggest get Lightly Active and Moderate and take average x 0.85 = eating goal.
If there is more daily activity because of family, then suggest Moderate.

You'll also have to learn that you can't trust hunger cues until you know all the valid reasons why they may or may not occur.
Because if you trust not having them, does that mean when you do get them you'll be willing to overeat if you stayed hungry?
Hopefully not, but shows it does work both ways.
    Use brain, not stomach.
