How do you log your exercise for a supercharged workout?

The "weight training" seems too low, I started using "circuit training" but then I started gaining weight so it might be too high...

I made up Supercharged under my cardio workouts and input the number from my HRM.0

I don't log cals for my workouts - I have worked out my daily cals over a long period of time and stick to the same each day. I do log my exercise, but change the cals burnt to 1 so that it doesn't affect my goals/ intake for the day0
