Do you think one has to work on the urge (either become friends with it or try to ignore it or try to beat it) ("brain over binge" and "Ditch the diets" books)or does one have to work on her feelings and needs (most counselling, therapies etc.) and find better solutionsor on distraction techniques ?

I really wish that I knew the answer. I'm not even sure there is one answer. I think everybody is different. I would say some methods have worked for some people and others for other people. Is that because their bingeing had different causes ? Who knows ?!0
