Hello all! My name is Jennifer and I am the morning Y-FIT Trainer. I'm so excited to begin Session 2 of our Y-FIT program! Week 1 has already been fun (hopefully for you all too ;)) and I can't wait to see your amazing progress over the next 6-weeks.

My biography was in the Welcome Packet so I won't bore you with the details of my life. However, I do want to emphasize the importance of food tracking. Your diet will be the MOST IMPORTANT component of your weight loss success over the next 6-weeks. You need to know if you are eating too much, not enough or the wrong types of food that may sabotage your workouts. Use this tool to take CONTROL of your diet and eventually your weight loss success and maintenance. Food tracking does not have to be cumbersome task you have to maintain for the rest of your life. If you are consistently tracing 5 days a week (like your homework suggests), by the end of the 6-weeks you will have a good idea of exactly what and how much food you should be eating daily to maintain or continue to lose weight. JUST TRY IT! I promise the results will be worth the little bit of time.
