Can mag citrate give me a headache? Googling has not given me a conclusive answer.
Low carbing never usually gives me a headache and that's the only thing I've changed. I've had one off and on for 24 hours. I've taken 300mg yesterday and 400 today.
What do you think?

Possibly adding the magnesium has thrown off your sodium balance? They work in conjunction, right? (Unprofessional hypothesis)0

Thanks for all your insights guys, I'm still not certain what caused my head to explode, lol. Probably I'm catching a bug? Anyway, I'll keep going with the magnesium and keep you posted .0
