So I'm feeling frustrated. I know change is a process and will take time and I am okay with that for the most part when talking about long term health and fitness. I know I'm getting stronger but I really need to loose all this fat around my belly and the back rolls for this beach wedding in 5 weeks.

Should I start doing 30 min of cardio the 4 days I'm not weight lifting? If so should it be 3.5mph walking or leisure bike riding or something more hardcore like HIIT on the treadmill or recumbent bike?

I really need to zap 10 lbs fast and have these rolls gone. After that I am all for the remaining inches and other 10 lbs to be a slow and steady.

Any suggestions? I eat 1400-1550 a day and only burn 80-100 calories lifting. I'm at a loss...scale and inched haven't budged in nearly 2 weeks :(

Sometimes efforts to lose weight too quickly can backfire and progress can hault. The body doesn't like extremes and does much better with smaller calorie deficits. You're not going to get the results you are wanting in 5 weeks, but you should be able to lose a few pounds - but not by drastically cutting your calories. You could set MFP to lose 1 lb a week and eat back your exercise calories when you log them.

Or use your Scooby numbers...if I remember right, a 15% deficit for you was 1600+ cals per day. How much are you working out right now? If you're lifting 3x a week like you mentioned before, you are probably moderate activity, not light activity on Scooby. That probably puts you around 1800 cals daily ( don't eat your workout cals back if you use Scooby).

Thanks @Jennbecca33! You're right I might be closer to moderate so I will eat at light and do 3x week SL and add in some walking. We went for a nice leisurely 30 min walk. And hope to have enough results come beach time to be happy and confident. I know I won't see all the results I want til Mid-July probably but I would like to be 1/3 or more of the way there Mid-May
