Food porn in dream land!

Everytime I'm low carbing (20-30 gm net carbs) I start to get those carby dreams about a week or 2 in..

Yesterday on the main forum a girl was talking bagels. And I had the food porn dream the same night, a toasted sesame bagel, buttered, with wildberry jam. :D

I woke up planning to have half of said bagel, but I weighed myself first, and I lost .5 lbs. So I had an omelette with bacon o:)

It's the consistent weight loss that gives me the greatest motivation. But I'm admittedly week. I have lost 100 lbs and gained it back in roughly 2 years. It's cazy.

I know LCHF works for me, and I know carbs dont! This time around I've been LC since mid March, and I had a cheat on Easter, which btw was low calorie but high carbs, which stalled me almost a whole week even though I was back on plan the next day.. Lesson learned (I hope!)

Congratulations on the weight loss. I think it's funny how differently we can react to the food porn dreams. Personally, I wake up super excited that it was just a dream and that I didn't actually cheat. The dream motivates me to keep going. But dang, a loss would also help!

Agreed, one of them dreams was an over indulgence in some gooey chocolatey goodness, I woke up with a panic attack, as I was doing so well, and I felt horrible for ruining my plan.. I was about a month in with great results
