Okay - done for today! Tomorrow I try Level 2! I have also been adding the 6W6P workout to the end of the Shred. Can't make it all the way through that one yet, but hopefully in time ;-)
Hi Leanne - I have only noted a difference in my biceps, bigger than when I started - yay! My weight is staying pretty much the same give or take a pound or two. Have you noticed any difference yet?0 -
I actually did some measuring today. Down about 6 inches overall. I see the most change in my thighs they are a lot more toned.0

6 inches!!! That's amazing! I did measurements mid last week, but am trying to hold out a few more days before measuring again... hopefully I'll see some loss around the belly and waist where I need it most.0
