Hey, just joined
Glad I found this group; looks like a lot of us are in the same place. I used mfp a few years ago and was able to meet my goal (122 lbs at 5'3"), but I've regained about 5 pounds and I'd like to get back to where I was. I don't know what role being perimenopausal is playing, but I'd like to have a few friends here to keep me accountable for meeting my daily calorie and exercise goals. Recently, I've tried tracking these on this site without adding any friends, but that hasn't really worked for me. I guess I'm never going to outgrow the need for a little peer pressure! I'm more than willing to offer support in return for anyone who wants to add me as a friend!
