Hello,

I am new to the group. I am training for my first half this year. I am currently using a 5k - 10k program to help condition myself better. the plan to move forward from there. my half isnt till November so i have plenty of time (or at least i hope so as long as i stay injury free).

Any tips and advice for a new runner?
