driver

hello i drive 1000 miles a week with some heavy lifting in between. I drive a small wagon with no microwave or fridge and seem to live on sandwiches and snacks. i want to lose weight but eat on the move, any ideas for snacks?
I should really point out my rough intake at the moment, i have 2 slices of toast and mug of tea for brekkie at 5am.
I have 3 rolls or 2 sandwiches with various fillings, a small choc biscuit, a cereal bar, an apple and a banana throughout the day.
I then have my main meal at about 7pm of whatever the wife fancies for tea (but to be fair to her it is usually very healthy).]
I'll have maybe 2 coffee's and 2 tea's throughout the day and maybe a bottle of water or oasis.
once in a blue moon i'll have a packet of wine gums cos i love them.
other than that can't think of what else to say, so any help would be appreciated.
