I'm hungry!

I want to go back to eating what I want, but only in moderation until I can get the right foods in my freezer and pantry. I don't want to waste any food, but I have all the high-fat, full-sugar, and high-carb stuff. I can't afford to replace thrown-out or donated foods. I'm looking for help and suggestions.

I'm spending way too much time every day (only on my third day) planning meals around what I have. I have yet to eat enough protein and calories; if I add more food, I go over on carbs, sugar, or fat. I don't know what to do. I need help if I have any hope of doing this long term.
