Week 1 over; how do you feel you did??

I hit the vending machines day 1. Other then that, I managed to only eat what was packed for me. Hard, very hard. But I consider it a win.

How about everyone else??

    I managed to do fairly well with my sleep and I did better with my eating out. Better, but not perfect.

    I did my 6 days of exercises! yeah!! And I did clean after the second sandstorm...but I regret it coz we had another one last night/today! What is the use!! Only lost one pound but at least I never said how much I should lose, so that is OK.

    I need to get my eating out under control... even with having RNY, I have a bite and done... but still WAY more cals than I'd like to spend on a meal.

    You two both had a win in my book. You're both slowly making changes. This 13 weeks isn't about being perfect, it's about making small changes that stick.

    So true Cari...that is what it is all about. Trying to take those baby steps...and in the end proving we can do it!! We can take control...it is in our hands! Thanks for this!!

    I'm happy with my week one! I did a good job of recording food (I really need to get back into the habit of doing it on my phone as I finish a meal) and also increasing my water intake.
