Hello everyone. Well I started my journey back in January after having some thing happen in my life that made me want to change my life and get back active again. I started out weighing at 194 lb at 6' 1". I was not eating healthy and drinking almost 3 liters of coke a day. Fast forward to a month and a half ago. Already cut out all coke and was trying to stay away from for fast food and was down to 177 lb. Bought a fitbit charge hr and started MFP to start tracking everything I eat so I can start putting on muscle mass.0
