Calculating breastfeeding - when it's no longer exclusive

hey ladies, wondering how to enter in breastfeeding calorie burn. My boob-aholic gets some non boob foods but still nurses often. I don't want to put the big numbers in there so I'm trying to figure out a good estimate. Any ideas?

Once on solids I usually allocate 250-300 cal for the day. Depends on the age/nursing really. For me I've done 6-12 months 250-300 cal, 12-18 up to 200 and past that none.
