I made my friend come do insanity with me and we only did day 1 and I do not know how you guys get through it! We were about collapsing on the floor in exhaustion. I am so out of shape lol

    My prob. is I keep stopping during the exercises so I'm afraid I'm not going to see the results. I try but man!

    It's absolutely ok to stop and catch your breath. Actually Shaun T encourages that and you'll hear him say it throughout the workouts. The point is to go at your own pace.

    Within the first week, you will improve tremendously. Keep trying!

    exactly! I laugh that it's the only workout I've heard of that tells you to stop when needed.
