Hi there! I am new here and I am really looking forward to interacting with people eating in a similar way to how I am! I have questions and I also want to share and help when I can! So glad I found this site! Grateful and looking forward to meeting new friends!
I live in San Diego, and I am doing the 30 Day Shred while eating low carb. I have lots of questions lol!!
