Spicy, little chewing, & easy to make?

So, I can't chew right now because my throat hurts. I'm too lazy to cook something complicated, but would LOVE something spicy (yes, I crave spicy things when my throat hurts). My canned chili has 66g carbs, so that's a no go.
Any suggestions?

Jalopengo peppers wrapped in bacon ?0

Those are still pretty chewy, but they might work if I can convince hubby to go get some.0

Bone broth with chili powder, garlic, and/or curry.0

I have cauliflower...and sour cream...and taco seasoning.
This could get interesting.0 -
Hot and sour soup. I prefer the Thai version to the Chinese. Order take-out, and get DH to pick it up.0

Sadly, I haven't found anywhere I can get hot & sour soup without wheat in it. Dragonwolf, I don't have any bone broth made at the moment.
So, a bag of cauliflower + about 10 tbsp sour cream + 2 tbsp cream + taco seasoning + S&P + immersion blender + 3/4 cup Mexican shredded cheese = AWESOME.
I apparently need to invest in a new immersion blender, mine is being rather cranky about using the low gear.
Oh, and hubby declined to try it, seeing as how he doesn't like cauliflower (especially mashed), or taco seasoning...)0 -
lol, glad you not only found a solution, but an awesome one at that.0

Wish I could send you some jars of bone broth from my freezer. Nothing is better than soup when your throat is sore. Spicy cauliflower cheese soup...0

I need to make some, I used to keep extra in the freezer as well.
To demonstrate the depth of my hubby's disdain for cauliflower, here's the conversation from a bit ago:
Hubby: Did you fart?
Me: No.
Hubby: Can't you smell that? Oh...it's your cauliflower crap.0 -

Mmm...cauliflower.
Here's one of my spicy treats:
Broccoli
Mayonnaise
Sriracha rooster sauce
Dash of toasted sesame oil
BAM! Spicy broccoli.
Method:
Cook broccoli. Or not. Your choice.
Mix a tablespoon or two of mayo with a 5g serving (1 teaspoon) of sriracha. Add a dash of sesame oil and mix well.
Dump on broccoli and stir. Pan can be warm if you want for a creamy warm delicious mess.
Lick the bowl the sauce was in.
If you're feeling a bit puny and can't really do solid food, the broccoli can be finely chopped or pureed if you really need to.
