What do you eat?

Here is a sample of my average day

Breakfast :1-2 hb egg whites, vinegar and water, supplements(green tea, green coffee bean, omega 3, MSM)

Lunch : tuna marinated in vinegar, small raw kale salad with Bragg's on it, supplements

Snack: hb egg white or Tbs tuna with celery

Dinner : 4-5 ounces roasted boneless skinless chicken breast with 1/2 Tbs mayo and hot sauce for dipping, raw kale salad with Bragg's and 1Tbs blue chews crumbles

This is an average day. Sometimes I have almond butter fresh and some cheese as a treat.
