Hi everyone,
I'm sure all you think this is a crazy plan but sometimes you just have to do what you gotta do. I'm going to be apart of a wedding May 15th in Texas- just bought a new VS bikini( for the extra motivation hehe) and need to be beach ready.
I'm reaching out for an extra push from you all and also looking for pals who are up for this challenge, I will be giving updates on my progress on a daily basis.
LET GET TO IT
Dead line May 10th

You can do this safely and effectively, but you need to be dedicated and ready to make changes!
I'll email you with some tips! It is totally doable!0 -
Claudia, you got a lot of good information & tips in your other thread. MireyGal is one smart lady, and just look at her!
I would recommend sticking to a safe deficit and looking into some sort of strength training. No one but you knows the number on the scale. When I got married I weighed 145 and wore a size 8-10, and was doing no exercise whatsoever. Then I gained 40 pounds and here I am. Last summer, after regular exercise with a mix of strength and cardio, I once again fit into a size 8-10. However, I was 157 pounds. You don't need exercise to lose weight, but it helps with getting the look you're after.
The people in your other thread made good points about doing what you can safely and enjoying the wedding rather than starving & torturing yourself and being too miserable to enjoy the event.
Here are some links with great information by people who know what they're talking about:
