Going to do a cheat day/refeed today as I have stalled and am also sick and just feel like it lol.
My TDEE is 1792-1932 (I swear I have gone to Scooby 3 different times and enter the same info and it changes numbers every week). Should I just eat at TDEE we will say of 1825 or do more or less?

i had to redo mine this morning i wasnt eating enough i guess. mine is moderate activity TDEE 2242 and caloric allowance 1906. my bmr is 1446 scooby says now although i swear i had a different number earlier. i am going to trial this and see how i get on. maybe trial something in between it and see how it works out. i am still trying to work mine out to see a loss0 -
5'4", 142 lbs, between light and moderate exercise. I do 2-2.5 weights and walking. BMR is 13960

Your TDEE is higher than that, or should be. Use this Scooby link (there are several different calculators on his site, so maybe you were using different ones). I believe you are moderate activity, not in-between. Your weights and walking add up to moderate activity and then you need to also consider your daily life. Are you active through the day? Lots of walking/moving around, taking care of kids, cooking, shopping, etc. ? I'd stick with moderate. That gives TDEE around 2166 and 15% deficit for fat loss - 1840 cals daily. If you're eating enough cals, you shouldn't keep stalling - that's a sign to increase.

Thanks @Jennbecca33 So should I eat TDEE without reduction or higher for a cheat/refeed day?0

What is a refeed day?0

Eating at maintenance. Refeeding what has been missing basically.
Usually in reference to a serious race or something coming up, and not wanting to be in deficit leading up to it.
Sometimes in reference to hard workout, and want max repair fast as possible with no deficit.0 -
Okay, thanks!0
