Try to acquire a taste for it, because you need it for life.
2. Nutrition: "The Fabulous 4" is exactly what it is going to get you real, lasting results, finally. The Fabulous 4 consists of Protein, Good Fats, Vegetables (especially the dark, leafy green ones) and Fruits.
3. Stress: To eliminate stress watch a funny movie, because laughter is great for the soul. And read faith base book at night an hour before you go to sleep. It will help your mind to become relaxed
4. Exercise “Move it to lose it” Tip: Walk in the morning because your body has been in a fasting mode so you will burn fat instead of exerting after breakfast because you will only burn the sugar.
5. Get a Good night’s rest: Got to sleep at ten o clock.
6. Stay away from artificial sweeteners like Splendor, Sweet n Low, and Equal. Good sugar is stevia, Agave Nectar
