low weight need to gain

Hiya bit of advice. Im a low weight but want to gain healthy weight and fitness not just sit all day an fill full of junk! But im lost what to do
Im veggie eat eggs small amounts of fish and cant have wheat an only small amounts of dairy due to a digestive disorder

    Your normal balanced diet that you can eat.

    Just more of it. At least 250 more than maintenance each and every day. Or as the program here attempts, average out the weekly total to a daily average so you can plan well.

    Otherwise set MFP to gain 1/2 lb weekly, and log all your exercise - and hit your eating goal.

    Then do a strength training program, only way to gain weight that isn't all fat weight, and that minor of a deficit, likely none.

    Minimal cardio, since that'll just raise your eating level and won't help muscle gain.

    Eat more fats - don't do anything low fat. Use lots of oils. Nuts are fabulous for having good protein and good fats.
