Too much weight loss??

So according to the scales in exactly 8 days I've lost 10lbs doing a 4:3. I only restarted last week and decided to do it as a bit of a kick start although will do 5:2 from now on. Is it too good to be true or do i need to get my scales checked lol

Water weight? At least some of it if you did lowcarb during fasts (as many us do).
Just be a bit cautious if this keeps going on. Too much loss, too quickly, run the risk of loss of LBM. Which you really don't want. Make sure you eat enough protein.
Anyway, good on you for trying 4:3 and getting a flying start0 -
Thank you- I always eat lots if protein, any carbs I usually have are from veg. I'll keep an eye on it0
