What are your top 1 or 2 successes/healthy changes since starting the program?

Tracking food intake has been a big change for me that really helps. I always tried to make good choices, but now that I'm tracking it, it's a lot easier to do b/c I see everything.0

Before I started the program I knew that I was eating pretty healthy but I did not realize how much sugar I consume on a daily basis. I drink a lot of naked juice and eat a lot of fruit, so I will easily go over my recommended sugar intake if I drink any pop or eat any foods loaded with sugar. Tracking my food intake everyday has helped me to realize this and to cut back on processed sugar.0
