After eating up to 2000 calories my weight was very stable for about a week but it has started to go up. I mostly stayed at around 127.8 then it crept up to 128.4 & today I am 130. It could pre-TOM gain or weekend logging looseness (I didn't log this weekend). I've been a bit stressed due to my 3 yr old having non-stop tantrums (SAHM)and a possible health concern. I have been stress eating a little bit. Yesterday I bailed on my lifting workout, a first for me. I just couldn't concentrate on it and It felt hard.I don't want to go over 130 (I am 46 & 5' 2"). I think I will cut back to 1800 and see what that does.

My weight fluctuated up 2-3 lbs alot when increasing cals with water weight but always stabilized eventually back to starting weight. Once it was up 6lbs! Chinese and popcorn salt....

i wouldn't stress over 2-3 lbs, my weight we up 4lbs this week, of course i had a girls weekend which consisted of abnormal eating and drinking, so i expected it! sounds like a water weight gain, drink some extra water and be careful with logging

I guess I'm nervous because 130 is my "do not cross" line.

@Sumiblue maybe give it another week and see if your weight drops back down. If it doesn't drop in a week then reassess and look at dropping by 100 calories or so.

Of course, next week I will be on vacation so logging will be difficult.
