Carb Cycling

Hi Ladies! I was wondering if anyone Carb Cycles? And if so, what are your results? I've been doing it for a week(This will be my 2nd week). I tend to eat less than 1000 calories everyday although my calorie count is 1700. Does anyone have any tips on this? I find myself being satisfied instead of being full after every meal. Please Help! :s

    Hey.. Maybe you could try eating higher calorie foods. I know if I'm not hungry but I need to get a few more cals in I'll have a tbsp of peanut butter or maybe a handful of raisins.

    Thanks Cindie! Definitely gonna try raisins (: peanut butter does a good job at supressing my appetite till my next meal :)
