I was just wondering how everyone is doing with the first week? My two goals are to stick to my workout schedule and stay within my calories on MFP.
So far.... I got my workouts done for Monday and Tuesday!

My goals for this week are to log my food, and not eat after 7pm to prevent late night snacking! I also plan to workout at least 3 times per week, hopefully more.0

Oops forgot to add how the calorie goal is going. Great on Monday and blew it on Tuesday. Today's a new day!
