    Current weight: 134.7 kg. (296 lbs.)

    How many calories do you consume currently? - 1,560
    How many times a day do you eat? - I try to eat 2 meals and 3 snacks
    Do you prepare your meals at home? - Yes! :) I love to go grocery shopping and cook.
    What healthy snacks do you enjoy eating? - Smoothies made with fresh and frozen fruits, homemade hummus, cucumbers with a little bit of feta cheese,
    Do you work out? - I do 8 exercises for my arms every night. And I'm about to start swimming.
    What's your guilty pleasure? - Chocolate croissant bread pudding with bourbon ice cream sauce. :blush:
    Anything else you'd like to share? - I feel very motivated to do this!

    How many calories do you consume currently? Varies, avg 1300 net calories
    How many times a day do you eat? 3-4 snacks and 1 meal
    Do you prepare your meals at home? Don't have time so I buy premade food
    What healthy snacks do you enjoy eating? Occasionally fruits or V8, but mostly snack on protein bars.
    Do you work out? 4-7 times a week. Cardio and I do a 3 day strength training regimen
    What's your guilty pleasure? Coca Cola. That is why this time I have banned it from my diet. No carbonated beverages of any kind.

    How many calories do you consume currently? 1,500 goal (sometimes I make it, other times I go over but try to increase my exercise on those days to offset it.)
    How many times a day do you eat? 3 plus 1 snack
    Do you prepare your meals at home? Yes 6 days per week/ 1 day each week each member of our family takes turns picking a place to go out to eat.
    What healthy snacks do you enjoy eating? Carmel Rice cakes, apples, bananas
    Do you work out? Yes - 3 days per week I am in martial arts and try for another 2-3 days per week of doing the treadmill or maybe an exercise tape like Hip Hop Abs to change it up.
    What's your guilty pleasure? Spaghetti (my absolute favorite food and also one that I have extreme trouble controlling portions sizes on so I try to avoid it most of the time and only fix it on special occasions)

    Hope you don't mind I jumped in this group. Would love some friends on my fitnesspal.this is my second time around. Two years I lost 60 lbs and gained it all back. Ready to try again with some support this time.my picture is when I was thin. Trying to remind myself how happy I was then.

    Do I prepare all my food: Yes
    What healthy snack do I love to eat: I can not get enough cucumbers and tomatoes yummm!
    Do I work out: yes I do the elliptical for 30 minutes and the treadmill for an hour and just started to lift weights.
    What's my guilty pleasure? I don't have any cause I am not cutting anything out just cutting back.
    Anything else I would like to share. If i want something bad enough i will work till I achieved my goals!

    How many calories do you consume currently? I started at 2100 in February, now 1900. I plan to drop down 100 a month till i get to 1500. Since I was eating nearly 4000 a day before starting mfp I wanted to ease ino this.

    How many times a day do you eat? Usually 2-3, sometimes only once. I have tried eating multiple small meals a day, but I was just hungry all day that way.

    Do you prepare your meals at home? Usually not. I don't know how to cook much. I shall be changing that starting in nid May by having a friend teach me

    What healthy snacks do you enjoy eating? Carrots and celery! Love the crunch

    Do you work out? Not as much as I should. Going to start swimming soon

    What's your guilty pleasure? Potato chips!

    Anything else you'd like to share? My name is Lisa, and my main motivation right now is vanity, :-)

    What healthy snacks do you enjoy
    eating? I love fiber one bars and sliced apples with peanut butter.

    Do you work out? Yes. My husband and i walk 3-5 miles every day.

    What's your guilty pleasure? Don't really have any unless I count my fiber one bar I have for dessert every night.

    Anything else you'd like to share? I began this journey on January 5th of this year and have lost 50.2 pounds so far. I feel better then I have in years!! Feel free to send me a friend request.

    Anything else you'd like to share? I know if I stay at 1200 calories and exercise every day I can lose the weight. I lost 65 pounds last year, but sadly gained back 40.

    Do you prepare your meals at home? Yes! I never buy my lunch anymore. It has saved me money and calories!
    What healthy snacks do you enjoy eating? I love Fiber One snacks...they have saved me!
    Do you work out? I work out 5 days a week....doing 60-90 mins on the treadmill. I will soon start to incorporate weights in.
    What's your guilty pleasure? Anything salty really. I think I am addicted

    What's your guilty pleasure? Ice cream
    Anything else you'd like to share? My real struggle at the moment is with medication that triggers false hunger signals and slows metabolism. Clozapine (clozaril). The weight gain is not the scariest side effect of the med; I take it for the hope of improvement from the world my mind has become trapped within. I have tried 13 other medications. I am considered disabled due to my illness as I have frequent hospital stays and there are days when it is a tremendous victory to have gotten out of bed and taken my medication. I am fully aware of the connection between the body, mind and spirit in health. I will not let this med change take away the work I have done. I refuse to give up and curl up in a corner somewhere to die of my illnesses. I will live and I will live well.
