Cardio Circuit?

am I having a moment or are plyometric cardio circuit and just plain ol' cardio circuit the same workout? On my calendar both are listed but I only see the one DVD for that????

    No, there should be a disk with your plyometric cardio workout then one that has pure cardio (this disc may have cardio abs on it as well) not the same but just as hard!

    yes they are the same - makes the calendar look more diverse! plyo cardio circuit and cardio circuit are the same

    there is also pure cardio, but that is labeled as such.
