Bulking, by the numbers

So, my FitBit gives me a handy average daily intake/expenditure graph. It's overestimating the calories burned by a little bit, but my 30 day average is finally at a surplus:

It's a minor, of course, but the bulk only comprises 20something of those days.
Anyway, I expect that number to creep upwards as the 30 day sample period include the entirety of the bulk.
And to tie things back to the group, I've seen my volume increase at the gym and I've been progressing to increasingly difficult bodyweight exercises.
This is also a minor personal victory for me as I've never purposefully eaten above maintenance for this long. Ever. Even the first time I tried Stronglifts I wasn't eating enough.
TL;DR Eat, Train, Progress.

I miss the days of purposely eating big to gain muscle, but my wife objects to me getting too large! lol She has this irrational fear that I'd turn into Arnold or Stallone, guys she finds unattractive. (Each to his/her own, I guess.) No matter how many times I assure her this is impossible given my budget, genetics, lack of training time and zero drugs, the fear continues... hence the term "irrational". So I eat to maintain where I am, maybe trying for a little bit of shredding of fat while keeping muscle, but I love my desserts and bread too much to have the motivation to actually cut properly. lol
Yes, sounds like having a 30-day sample of bulking will drive those numbers up properly.0
