FINALLY got through day 2 (should I have started over from the beginning it's been like 3 days since I did day 1) is it really bad if I did it barefoot? My carpet catches my shoes and makes it difficult.
I managed to cut my foot on something (didn't feel it happen).
I didn't want to keep going but it was either be miserable for 40 minutes of working out or be miserable for the rest of my life for being over weight.
